Inspiration

The Individuate project draws inspiration from the teachings of C.G. Jung and is dedicated to Graham Horwood. Jung’s theory of consciousness describes four key functions: Sensation reveals that something exists, Thinking identifies what it is, Feeling evaluates it emotionally, and Intuition speculates on its origin and future use. These principles guide the creation of our notebooks, which serve as a canvas for exploration and self-expression.
