Where Ancient Craft Meets Contemporary Design
The Inca Mirrors are meticulously handcrafted in Barcelona using an ancient technique that merges traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design. Each unique motif is derived from zooming into the original Inca print, creating bold patterns that seamlessly blend analogue and digital forms.
Part of the Analogue Inca Collection, these mirrors reflect a creative dialogue between ancient and modern, inspired by Cristian Zuzunaga’s journey to Peru in late 2015, where he was captivated by the precision and detail of the monuments at Cuzco and Machu Picchu.
Crafted from 100% glass, the mirrors have a depth of 0.5 cm and are suspended from the wall using a 3 cm deep metal hanger, giving them a floating appearance. Available in three sizes—60 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm x 120 cm, and 60 cm x 180 cm—each piece is designed to make a statement, merging the rich heritage of ancient motifs with a fresh, modern aesthetic. The mirrors’ sizes and weights vary from 5 kg to 14 kg, reflecting their robust construction and attention to detail.
