Cuzco Poufs

A Fusion of Heritage and Modern Comfort

The Cuzco Poufs are a modular furniture collection inspired by the precision of the ancient stonework at the Saksaywaman complex in Cuzco, Peru. Reflecting the geometric interlocking stones of the Incan walls, these poufs are designed with clean lines and 90-degree angles, making them versatile enough to be used as tables, chairs, or end tables. The unique interlocking feature of these poufs allows them to form a cohesive whole, or break apart into four separate units, offering limitless combinations to suit your space and style.

The upholstery is crafted from Kvadrat’s Divina wool fabric, renowned for its softness and quality. The vibrant color palette, inspired by traditional Quechua textiles, includes striking shades of blue, red, green, and yellow. For those looking to customize, any shade from the Divina 3 fabric line can be chosen, with options to mix and match according to personal taste. The contrast trim adds an additional layer of visual interest, evoking the traditional craftsmanship of Cuzco.

Built with a sturdy wooden base and a memory foam filling that maintains its shape after use, these poufs provide the perfect balance of comfort and durability. Like the ancient walls that inspired them, the Cuzco Poufs combine strength with a visually dynamic design. This collection is an invitation to embrace creativity—whether you want your poufs to be standalone statement pieces or integrated into your environment, the choice is yours.

Designed by Cristian Zuzunaga, the Cuzco collection is a tribute to his Peruvian heritage. The modular units celebrate the artistry of Incan architecture, reflecting a deep connection to ancestral roots and the harmony between design, tradition, and innovation.
